• At the reception we have a list of nearby restaurants with delivery service to dine comfortably at our Bar, breakfast room or directly in the selected room / suite (terrace on request);
• The staff and guests must wear mask inside the hotel;
• EU valid Green pass mandatory to entry in the hotel and only if you are feeling good and please advise the staff before entry if you feel ill or have flu symptoms;
• Inside the property guests and staff must take the distance of 1 meter from each other and at the check-in it will be measured the temperature;
• At the check in and check out guest and staff are divided from a plexiglass panel;
• The dispenser of sanitizer gel are available at every area entrance;
• For your safety, our property has adopted an active prevention and protection system in the rooms and common areas h24 7/7 using products with antibacterial and antiviral rankings tested and certified;
• All the products coming from the laundry are certified with textile microbiological control;
• Sick staff must stay home;
• The breakfast room tables has a secure distance of 1 meter from other;
• The breakfast is served based on the government guidelines (protected buffet, table service by our personnel..) or delivered in room;
• We will not be able to park your car or bring your luggage into the room during this time.

ancora non potremo stringervi la mano, ma tutto lo staff dell’Hotel alla Torre sarà felice di accorglierVi in struttura. Vorremmo che durante il vostro prossimo soggiorno vi possiate sentire come a casa ed è proprio per questo che abbiamo creato nuove misure di sicurezza, e nuovi spazi per garantire la salute di ospiti e dipendenti:

• Per la vostra sicurezza la nostra struttura ha adottato un sistema di prevenzione e protezione attiva nelle camere e nelle aree comuni h24 7/7 usando prodotti con classifica antibatterica e antivirale testati e certificati (www.metodoBzero.it);
• Tutti i prodotti provenienti dalla lavanderia sono certificati con controllo microbiologico tessile;
•  La colazione viene servita secondo le linee guida governative (buffet protetto da vetro e servizio ai tavoli da parte del nostro personale) o consegnata in camera;
• I tavoli della sala colazione hanno una distanza di sicurezza di 1 metro l’uno dall’altro;
• Al ricevimento disponiamo dell’elenco ristoranti a noi vicini con servizio delivery per cenare comodamente presso il ns Bar, sala colazioni o direttamente nella camera/suite prescelta (terrazza su richiesta);
• Il personale e gli ospiti devono indossare la mascherina all’interno dell’hotel;
• I dispenser di gel igienizzante sono disponibili all’ingresso di ogni zona;
• Al check-in/ check-out ospiti e clienti sono separati da un pannello plexiglass;
• Si prega di accedere all’hotel dotati di green pass base e solo se si gode di buona salute e di avvisare lo staff prima di accedere in caso di malessere o sintomi influenzali;
• All’interno della proprietà gli ospiti e il personale devono tenere la distanza di 1 metro l’uno dall’altro e al check-in può essere misurata la temperatura;
• Non potremo al momento parcheggiare la tua auto o portare i bagagli all’interno della camera;
